COVID-19. Where Is My Order?

If you have placed an order after the 16th April 2020 and haven't yet received tracking, please read below:

As you are aware, the last few months have been very challenging due to the coronavirus outbreak in China, and subsequently, the rest of the world. Unfortunately, our warehouses were close to the epicentre of the outbreak and our warehouses were closed to ensure the safety of our employees. 

However, the region in which our warehouses are situated have now been deemed safe and our employees have returned to work. This means that although there will be delays whilst we work through the backlog of orders we have received, we will be working around the clock to ensure that any delays are minimal.
